Coming out

When someone realizes that their sexual orientation does not correspond to the "heterosexual majority model" or the current gender concept, it can lead to great uncertainty. Coming out often brings with it questions and confusion – not only for the person concerned, but to everyone they know. We can help you sort out and answer any questions that you have during your coming out process.

HIV, sexuality and relationships

Whether you identify as gay, lesbian, bi, queer, trans*, inter* or anything else, we are there for you. We can advise you on topics related to your sexual life as you live it or would like to live it, as well as HIV risks and protection options for when you have sex. In addition, we are also happy to be your point of contact for questions relating to your relationships or problems in your family, in your circle of friends or in the wider world.
